What about Antonio's contract?

"He's got a contract but the club wants to reward him with a better new contract. To show recognition and to give him a new contract. He's done really great for us and that's what the chariman told me and I think its going to be done very soon."

What about your contract as manager of West Ham United?

"I have one and a half years on my contract. Nowadays in football, If you have a one and a half or four and a half years - there's no difference, to be fair... If you look at what happened to the last example - Ranieri, the biggest one and best one. If anybody asked anyone who's got anything to do with football - Who's got the safest job? - before the season started - we would always say, in all countries, Ranieri, and then what happened."

Does it help that you beat them in the EFL cup this season?

"We beat them in that game, well deserved, played really well. OK, someone will say that they didn't play with their strongest line-up, they didn't start the game, but then in the second half, very early in the second half, they put Hazard, Costa, and Pedro on, I think. We beat them, and it means a lot, because at least we know its not impossible. We have done it, very recently, this season, and they are not a different team now, because that was also in the period when they started to play in a new system and win games easily."

On his feelings about staying at Chelsea for a longer time?

"The only problem for me this season that the family is missing me, because my family stays in Italy, and I'm working for the future to try to to bring them here, and to stay together, because for sure, the family is missing me, this is the truth.

Last time you played them you lost. Do you think this will be a different game?

"I hope so, because the result wasnt good for us. I want to try to take three points in this game. It will be a difficult game, because we all know the difficulty of this type of game, a derby against West Ham. We are preparing very well for this game in the right way with a great commitment and focus."
